Stereo & Electronics - righ turn signal stuck

sup guys,

I am trying to help my friend out with her 00 ss her right turn signal is stuck wont blink when she puts it on i looked at the back of the car to see if it was working but it was frozen there untill she took it off i checked the fuses to see if that could be a problem...anyone have any ideas what could it be...help me out thanks guys

she needs to check the bulbs on front and rear of the car. sometimes part of the bulb burns up and makes it unable to blink. replace that bulb and it'll be fixed.
