Whats some good sites, Im think about just building a nasty SBC instead of building a LT1....Maybe even a respectable BBC

I would just put a 427 ls1 together a place in michigan tears your ls1 apart an puts it together as an 427cu. thompson automotive in southfield michigan i think. around 600-+ horsepower.

I 2nd the chevelles.com. I wish we had more info based on bbc/sbc, but I suppose I cant say much, the ls1/lt1 are gas efficent and powerful.

And you make more power with SBC heads than LT1 heads anyway, and I want to go carb
