NMCA C4/C5/C6 Corvette Shootout - Vortech Superchargers Steps Up!

Vortech Battle of the Brands Competition:

NMCA is hosting a special Late-Model Shootout at the New Jersey event. The shootout consists of three (3) special late-model classes that will all run in an index style format:

• GM Performance Parts LSX Showdown Class for LS-powered race cars - $2,500 to win + GMPP LSX Block

• Ford Racing Performance Parts Modular Madness Class for modular-powered race cars - $2,500 to win + Ford Modular Boss Block

• Late-Model HEMI Class (Mopar Performance has agreement and should sponsor) for LX-powered race cars - $2,500 to win + TBD prize

The three Late-Model Shootout winners (the winner that ran closest to his/her index will get a 'Bye' into the final) will compete against each other in the "Vortech Battle of the Brands" to win a grand prize - a Vortech supercharger system! One racer, maybe an LSX racer, will take home $2,500, an aftermarket block, AND a Vortech supercharger!

Well ya know Pinks is right here in my backyard at Norwalk/ Summit Motorsports Park..... Where you guys need to move this event to!!!!


It sold out in 12 minutes, kinda hard to get in. I also have 2 other friends that got in with me and we all run close to the same times. I really would rather be in the LSX event, but it is very hard for me to not go. I am really upset I cant make both.

Pinks is Homo, Leo the only reason your going is to get Rich Christensen's autograph, and a Date too im sure.:supergay:

I would go to this event over Pinks anyday.
You have much better odds of winning. (less cars in your class, Pinks = 400) and
(they may not even select cars in your ET range, then you will have No Chance)

To boot this is LSx specific and we will get to beat up on Ford and Mopar guy's,
then pay us to do it! I just doesn't get any better than that?
(unless they paid for my fuel too...LOL:D)

I am glad that you and a bunch of the other LSX guys plan to race at NMCA Atco, New Jersey next weekend (June 6-8, 2008). The Late-Model Shootout will be very cool and it will give the LSX guys another race to look forward to. The winner of the LSX class can then try to beat up on the Fords and HEMIs!
