Drop the panel under the steering column, and it's on the console side of the steering column, facing upside down.

I went and checked that, no luck man. Everything that I am hearing says its either on or near the column....and cannot find this damn thing.

They hide it really well. Keep looking in the place previously described. Its clipped on the other side of this L shaped brace. Thats how I remember it at least. You cant really see the flasher but the clip and maybe the top of it pokes out. Good luck.

If the old one still works at all, the easy way to find it is to turn the turn signals on and following the clicking sound. When you remove the knee panel under the steering column, you'll find it clipped to the back side of the dash panel just to the right of the knee panel opening (#1 in the diagram)
