I remember that also, but the article says that dodge has confirmed building a drag version of the Challenger. I believe the other story was them considering it.

ahh, got ya. thats pretty cool. So to quote will ferrell "this thing isn't exactly street legal"? is this for off road use only?
ps i hope it has that 392 ci hemi in it

114 trap but with an e.t. of 11.53, thats pretty awesome. Especially since if you look at the photo of the super street concept next to the original challenger, the new one looks like an abrams tank.

At first i thought, "man thats kind of slow for a 3000# car" then i remembered that the callenger weighed in at 4200#. Still very cool though.
