Stereo & Electronics - amp under seat?

im going to be installing a head unit and an amp next weekend. does anyone have their amp under the driver seat? i would like to hide mine under the seat so people dont see it. is there anywhere that i can find an instruction manual on how to do this? do i have to take out the drivers seat?! any help is much appreciated!

If its an fbody it wont fit.

It'll get too hot even if you could squeeze it in there . Rear deck , tint the windows . IMO
