Stereo & Electronics - Auxiliary Monsoon

I skimmed over and read some of WhiteBird's thread about the Monsoon FAQ. He mentioned MP3 players as an option to upgrade it but I'm having trouble finding out how. I saw that the HU said AUX on it so I took it out and found no empty port and this electronic stuff is definitely not my thing. Can someone help me out with trying to get an idea on what needs to be done to get a MP3 player to work with the stock HU.

You can convert the CD-Changer port to AUX RCA-IN using a GM9-AUX adapter.

It will work with:

1998-2002 Cassette headunits
2000-2002 CD headunits,
some late 1999 CD headunits (the ones that were able to control the CD-Changer).

Not 98 CD only though? lol

That is the exact device I am talking about.
