User Support & Resources - Lost my identity

Can't log on,site won't take password/username. Pro stock john said he reset my password and still won't work.Can't get a response from my PM's.Can anyone else help with this? I had close to 300 posts and a 100% trader rating under "lovin myls 1" and now have to log on using my sons id.Help,anyone?
