what do I need? What flywheel? Do I need to get a different bellhousing, or Not? In the future I would like to do a 6.0 swap, but Im gonna stick with T5 because Im gonna do a gforce build to stick behind my vortec motor.

All i can say is dont waiste your money. The T5 will still break from too much power. Use a T56. The problem is that i dont believe anyone makes a flywheel and clutch setup for that operation. Not to mention it is seriously stepping foreward on a LSx swap and taking 2 steps back in the trans dept.

Im putting a Astro Performance Super T5 in my car actually. I am gonna push it til 3rd goes or the input goes. I wanna see how strong it is. Then it will get rebuilt, and I'll still be ahead. And thats IF it breaks. Its light and hardly sucks any power. And its a SIMPLE swap since I already got a good clutch and shifter. I dont even have to drop the bellhousing and will have a strong tranny. There are Mustangs spraying into the mid 9's on these things.
And if I do a 6.0 swap, it would be nice to use this tranny.

Shit, i font know why my T5 is still alive. I have a T56 to go in but i am saving for the trans cross member and tq arm package from BMR. I will install the Dana 44 rear rend first but my T5 does act funny. I have to short shift at 5500 RPM to go into 2nd gear, it will not go into 1st if you are rolling until you are olmost at a complete stop, 2ns gear pops out when down shifting sometimes. Pretty shitty.

Im not doing the kit til the tranny pops though. I have a NWC for when it does blow til I get the kit in the WC after it breaks.
The WC shifts FLAWLESSLY! About 4000miles on rebuild and was babied buy a brother and sister as their high school car for the first 105,000.
This is gonna be its first taste of real power. So we'll see what happens.

If you rebuilt yours with bearings and sychros it probably wouldnt break for a while if its lasted this long.

Shit, it is the design of the T5 that hurts it, not the parts, the center line of the input and counter shaft that makes it weak.
