Ok my friend just got 10 stacks from an inheritance, and he is dead set on a NA 350, for some reason he doesnt want to uses a big block, we're aiming for max power and torque before 6500prm. We want to build something with crazy amounts of hp and torque. What would be the BEST setup? Also the block is not included in the price cause we have one ready to go.

.

If it's a stock block, sell it & get a big bore block. 434" type motor will give the most torque.
With the big bore block you get the best of both worlds. New crank, rods, springs, lifters, cam for sure.
Heads you can get used, if you know where they are coming from. Just my thoughts, good luck.

Add a couple of more Gs for the 454 motown small block. 600 HP, pump gas. What else could you ask for?

get an iron block 6.0 and stroke it to a 40Xci..... get some AFR heads from advanced induction along with a cam that is matched for your goals for the car..... if you build the right stroker LSX motor you can have 500+rwhp NA and ber very reliable if set up right!

or get a 350 4 bolt block from a GM company and get a good hydro or solid roller setup with some nice AFR or dart pro 1 heads and have advanced inductions work them as well..... get a victor jr or dart single plane intake along with a 383 stroker forged eagle/JE setup and have it balanced..... get a good engine builder to assemble it and be on your way!

those are 2 good ways to go about getting "pleasing" power from a GM small block NA!

Tell him that you know deep down inside, he wants to build a big block.

If I had 10,000 to spend on an engine alone, I would build a nasty big block on a 300 shot.
The combo would be:

Iron block
Iron heads
Single plane intake
950 carb
Forged internals
2 stage plate kit spraying 150 out of the hole, and another 150 after the 60 ft.
Big solid roller cam and supporting valvetrain.

Just my opinion.

Toss the 350 and get an after market block from one of the above outfits. If your budget was a 1/3 of what is it might make sense to keep it but 10 g's can buy a much better foundtion than a stock 350.

Well not sure on how many cubes you want but I'm either going with a 406ci or 434ci,
but for a street warrior I most diff would go with a 406ci roughly 525hp and peak torq of 550 at 4500rpm on pump gas

I'm going with these guyz, all forged shortblocks under $4500.00

And just get some of these heads http://www.dartheads.com/products/heads/chevy-heads/sbc-heads/sbc-aluminum-heads/sbc-pro1-platinum-cnc-heads.html
GOOD LUCK

Plug one in and fly.
Wanna make your ride fly? Just plug in one of World Products' 540 c.i.d., 580 hp Merlin crate engines. These Chevrolet ground-pounders really crank out the torque--625 ft.-lbs. of it, in fact. That's more than enough to make the competition get small in your rearview mirrors. World builds these engines around their 4-bolt-main Merlin III cast-iron block, to which they add a 4130 forged-steel crankshaft (4.250 in. stroke), 9.5:1 forged-aluminum pistons (4.500 in. bore) with 4340 forged-steel I-beam connecting rods. Next up are Merlin rectangular-port cast iron heads with Manley stainless steel valves, plus a Merlin 360 degree, single-plane aluminum intake manifold, and a Hardcore-modified 870 cfm Holley 4-barrel. The valvetrain features a high-performance cam, aluminum roller rockers, hydraulic lifters, 4130 pushrods, and a true roller timing set. Ignition components include an HEI distributor, 8mm plug wires, and Accel spark plugs. All engines are assembled with Clevite bearings and top-quality assembly components from Fel-Pro, ARP, and Manley. They are internally balanced and come with a Hardcore CNC-machined harmonic balancer. Each engine is carefully broken-in, and then run on the dynamometer to certify that performance levels meet or exceed published specifications.
