Western Members - Diablo Tuner and CA Smog Questions

My car is going to be due for its first smog check in a couple months and I was wondering about some codes I turned off. I was throwing codes p0161 and p0141, something about the rear O2's not working. Since they were just the rear O2's, I used my Diablo Tuner to turn the codes off so my check engine light would stop coming on.

Will I be able to pass smog this way, or will I fail the readiness test?

i failed the readiness test, but i did retune with my diablo a few days before, so im not sure if my car really was not ready, or if i just had no chance.

Did you use your Diablo to turn off/delete any codes?
