which side is the hardened dte shaft for? if it's the driver's side i'll take it.

does the phanton afr gauge come with the sender or do you have to hook it to your wide band and the fuel pressure to very interested.

A/F Gauge comes with the sender. Fuel Pressure is gauge only.

Would the 223/227 cam work good in a 6.0l going into an extended cab truck?

PTV clearance would need to be checked prior to installation and you'd need a converter.
