Default Forged 6.0

I have for sale a freshly built forged 6.0 built for a turbo application. I was going to put it in my truck and turbo it, but I have recently changed my plans. Asking 3750 OBO.

It has:

LY6 Iron Block out of an 07 Silverado 2500. Very low milage.
Honed .005 over by Redstar Performance w/ Torque Plate.
New Wiseco Forged pistons and Wiseco Plasma Moly rings -11cc
New Scat I Beam rods
New LS6 Crank
317 Casting heads(LS6 head with 70cc chamber)
New Clevite H series bearings mains/rods
new Durabond cam bearings
227/224/.58x/.58x/114 cam
New LS2 timing set
New LS2 timing cover
Comp 918 springs
New ARP hardware throughout(Rods, Heads, Cam, Everything)
Truck Pan
New Truck Water Pump
Stock LY6 Oil pump
Truck Balancer
~9:1 compression

LS6 mainfold in pictures sold seperately

do you still have this motor?and what size turbo do i need to get the most out of this set up.

Yes I still have the motor. You need a gt40 - gt42r turbo to feed this motor depending on your application. I was going to run a gt40 at around 12 lbs and shoot for 600 at the wheels. Based on the compressor charts that should have been pretty easy to do.

The heads are bone stock other than the springs. The 918s were necessary for the cam.

what if i want to make 1,000hp will this set-up work?or will i have problems?

It might make 1000 with enough boost. If I was hoping to make that kind of power on a regular basis I would go with something a little more stout.

only when someone gets out of hand would i boost it that much to make that kind of power,or i could just spray it and just have fun with it.what do think?

Bump. Someone make a reasonable offer. Price this motor out with all the new parts and the pan, new water pump, all covers(front, rear, valley), etc using a vendor and you cant match the price.
