Here is a great deal on an LS2 motor. Runs perfect and is actually in my 06 Corvette. I will be dropping in a forged motor in the next few days and figured I'd make a good deal to someone who wants a great running motor.
Here are some details basically the cons of the motor, from here you can decide if this is for you.
1. Car has a KB supercharger with 9PSI of boost, NO ISSUES, puts down around 560 RWHP. I do not want to take the chance of trying out more boost, this motor has done an extremely great job and I cannot praise it more.
2. Motor has 90,000 freeway miles, plus 2,000 "Flash" driven miles and track passes. Meaning I have literally driven it hard. Yes I beat up on it, but it runs SOLID. I'm not going to lie and say its been sitting in a garage and an old lady drove it back and forth to the grocery store, this things a runner and it will keep on running for you. There are 0 "ZERO" oil leaks to this, it is truly amazing and maybe I got a factory freak.
3. Motor will come complete long block and the stock LS2 intake manifold will be put back on it. It has the stock 243 heads, with upgraded Comp 918 valve springs, which also will be included. Motor will come with no accessorys, or oil pan, if needed I can provide an F-body oil pan at a discounted price. Motor will have no coil packs, but once again I can include them for an additional price, you can get them on here for very cheap or ebay for that matter.
Basically here is what your gonna get:
Stock LS2 6.0 Long Block Motor
243 Heads with 918 Valve springs
LS2 intake manifold installed, stock injectors
Stock cam, oil pump, timing chain etc.
*BONUS* Your choice of NGK TR6 or TR55 Plugs
*BONUS* MSD Red 8.5mm Spark Plug Wires
*BONUS* I can have a new set of rings, and crank bearings installed for an additional $350, basically freshening up the motor, this is not needed but can be added for the additional charge.
Not included: coil packs, ps pump, starter, alternator, ac
* Also I can included a Factory LS2 Computer as well for an additional $100
Motor will be shipped within 3-5 days after payment (weekends not included), it will be shipped Via Conway transport and will be around $350 anywhere in the US (And maybe cheaper depending upon your location), insurance included. It will be crated ($75 fee included) with bands and plastic wrap to insure protection. Motor is still in Vehicle until this weekend, you can call me and hear it run, I can include video of me driving the car with the motor in it, the oil pressure is GREAT, I have owned Many, Many, LSX vehicles and they all had poor oil pressure, this one is solid and runs like a champ.
