6.2L Block/Heads/Pistons/Rings I have a recently unemployed buddy who's selling the parts he's gathered for his 427 project. Brand new 6.2L aluminum block, honed and ready to assemble. Manley flat top forged pistons P/N MANS427FT-8 (SDPC P/N) for 4.1" stroke/6.125" rods and Ackerly-Childs rings P/N 9771-75 for 'em. Bare L92 823 casting heads. Block now retails for $1400, pistons at $600, rings for $125 and heads for $400 for a total of $2525. $2000 FIRM plus the ride takes it all, everything is brand new. I talked to him last night, he'll spring for up to $100 of shipping. The FedEx ground quotes I've provided so far (California and Georgia) both came in right at $200 with $2500 worth of insurance, so that'll cut it in half.
