Yes it is a full reverse manual. It has a ross-lock trans brake (arguably the best out there). No converter (as pointed out in thread).
I'll say $1500 on the trans. If you REALLY want my converter I'll sell it for $600. It is a custom Art Carr race converter that stalls to ~3000 and comes up higher as boost builds. I have no issue keeping it to use with my powerglide as it is a bad ass converter.
It will ship freight.

$1500 with the blanket.
It doesn't have many miles/passes on it. It costs $1900 plus shipping for a new one with the race cover and blanket.
