LS1 Long Block W/LS6 Cam
So I bought this short block about three years ago and planed to swap it into my truck. I bought it off a local guy who took it out for a 408. I had a set of 241 head laying around from my old car and decided to use them for my project. I did some minor polishing on the heads for a little better flow and then sent them out to the local machine shop to have them milled and a valve job done. I then put the heads on with OEM head gaskets and ARP head bolts. I did bought a LS6 cam, springs, and pushrod and installed them as well. Everything is installed and I will not seporate, the only thing not installed are the pushrods. Thats because the heads were milled and the stock ones are a little too long, but I also have a stock set of 853 you can use if you want stock compression... Motor Is SOLD!!!
Short block has 40k on it.
Heads have been Milled 0.030 and Valve job done 0 miles
Arp Head bolts and Factory gaskest 0 miles
LS6 Cam, Springs, Pushrods 15k
I am located in Southern California and will NOT ship

I took some pic's today after work. All the cylinder walls look great but looks like two of the rods have a little rust on them. You can see it in the first pic, the two middle jurnals. When I got the motor I put oil on the cylider walls and the pisten rods. Looks like I missed a little on the rods, or it all ran off. The cylinder walls are good, that whats most important...
And I forgot that I put on a new timing chain when I did the cam. Last pic
