lol yeah ur right......he wanted to know why u taking everything out
I see what he's getting at by asking that...if I had clutch issues do you really think I'd part the WHOLE car out? No basically I had my Firehawk up for sale for a while and was building my TA at the same time. I finished my car and though I had the Firehawk sold but the buyer backed out. Since I don't have a job right now I needed money. It's much easier to sell parts than a whole car so that's what I did. Still have the Firehawk too. I had zero issues with the Trans am...I just didn't have any money left either.

I had a Spec, it lasted about 3,000 miles. I've read of other people having the same problem.
Ram has three clutches that I know of - the stock replacement, the Powergrip, and the Powergrip HD. I'm putting in a Ram Powergrip, but you could even get a Powergrip HD and be really set.

spec 3+ or save up and buy a Mcleod street twin.
I run a Mcleod street twin and like it alot, pedal is like stock and its very easy to slip it on the street and has 0 chatter from day one.

ok thanx man this is hard too choose i dont want to tell him to get whatever clutch i tell him to get and it starts slipping after a couple of miles lol
Spec 2. But I've heard of it happening with others. Do a search, you'll find some people with similar complaints. The Spec Rep seems to be a good guy and pretty helpful though. So it's really your gamble.

$1300 but its a twin clutch, new flywheel and adjustable master cylinder. It will hold more HP/TQ than most will ever have.
