Default DOES NOT START; new opti

NEED HELP. I have a 1995 m6 z28. its been sitting 4 almost a year..i replaced the timing cover gaskets & seals, water pump, opti distributor. spark plugs & wires. few pulleys. ac delco parts.
mobile 1 oil and filter.

put it all together and it would not start up. cranks but no start.

the only thing i can think of is distributor not properly installed. took it back apart to the distributor again. trying to get it running monday or tuesday..

can someone help me diagnose??

Have you replaced the ICM? Has the PCM ever been tuned or replaced or messed with?

Whats the last thing you did before it wouldnt start?

How is the fuel pressure?

Have you checked spark to the plugs?

Agreed, also was the car not running before it went down a for a year? Unfortunatley, the opti is not the root of all that is a non start.

check for spark off of the plugs, and it very well could be your fuel pump. Pull your fuel lines(you will need a special tool for this get at any auto store) off and see if you have fuel dripping when you turn the key

If your car has been sitting for a year, I hope you used stabil or drained your tank and refilled it with fresh gas.

As stated check your fuel pressure and check for spark at both the coil, and the plugs.
