Default lt1 problem (with video)

has trouble starting then finally will start up and then while driving when i go wide open throttle the car acts like it wants to cut off. i put an oem optispark on it about 700-800 miles ago do you think it could have gotten wet and messed up?
here is 1 video i will follow with another video

definately sounds like the thing is barely firing

it probably wants to die at WOT because it's being flooded with fuel and its not being ignited fast enough

Mine did something like this when my bellow on the throttle body wasn't all the way around the TB itself, it was sucking alot of air from the bottom and I didn't even know it, also I had and issue with one of my spark plugs electrodes got smashed shut when I installed the spark plugs, my shit was cross threaded and going in a little side ways and kept smashing therefor I wasn't running on all 8 cylinders. The only other thing it could be is the opti or a vacuum issue. You can also change the opti for assurance because
LT1's are notorius for this going out and also het a smoke check done on the vacuum lines, my 2 cents on it! Cars have amind of there own for sure

Check to make sure you got the plug wires on the right order and make sure there pushed in all the way. Sounds like its misfireing pretty bad.

When its dark outside check the wires to see if they are arching. Also check the wires for the correct firing order. Then I would say your opti is toast possibly, Is their any codes at all. If so what are they and post them up. Well if you think its the opti then tear it back apart and loctite the little screws for the rotor. What makes you say it got wet???

yeah the coolant temp sensor is reading the right temps not saying its too cold or anything like that. i changed the thermostat about a week ago and spilled a little bit of coolant i think it got to the opti and made it arc so i'm taking off the cap to check maybe dry it out and put it back on and all back together to see if it will run right

Seems to me like a fuel issue. Either a fuel pump crapping out, or a clogged filter.

i have a 94 6 speed formula .. it could also be a dirty mass air flow sensor screen i seen
that happen on cars with moroso or K-N cold air kits the filters get very dirty in that area
behind the bumper cover.

Noticed something odd in the video, your coolant temperature was low and your cooling fans were running. Did you have the A/C on?
