Default put my first performance mod today

SO freakin excited i ordered my borla catback last week from a guy on ltxtech and it got here yesterday. Got it put on today and i freakin love it. Time for headers and cut out now.

yeah i know, damn if i wasnt broke from doin the catback i was ready to start ordering my cai and headers and cut out. Also gotta save up cause next yr i wanna do a 6 speed swap. Im gonna be very busy the next few months

oh well, I forget how quiet stock manifolds are, you'll prolly want to close it up when you put lt's on lol

idk I just can't stand open borla's with LTs and no cats...one of the raspiest exhausts I've ever heard

well i have to pass the sniffer and visual here in phx,az so ill be runnin mids and a cat. I wanna run long tubes but i dont wanna have to switch it out every other yr when i gotta go to emissions

I have ran through emissions here with long tubes. As long as it has cats (they've never actually checked on my car) then you are ok. Get the long tubes and a matching y pipe with cats.

well thats what i wanted to hear, ive been really nervous on doing the long tubes since i was dumb and didnt by a 96 or newer camaro lol. So thats cool then guess ill look for long tubes now thanks.

it actually has 3 i believe. closed, 3/4 open and wide open. The guy i bought it from didnt have the plates so i just have it wide open all the time. I love it.

haha yeah thats my plan as well. Next im gonna do some small stuff like ball joints and fix my ac. Then starting january im saving for a 6 speed swap then gonna try and do the le2 package as well. hopin to have a pretty strong street car next yr if all goes to plan.

+1 on this idea. you will love that automatic with around a 3600 stall in it. i like driving 6 speeds but i bought mine with an auto so i am sticking with the auto and never looking back. good luck with the car man
