Default Quick question on 93-95 gauge clusters

I feel like this for asking this noob question but I'm trying to remove my gauge cluster, unlike transams where the outer cover just pulls out, I'm wondering if I need to remove the whole dash to remove the piece highlighted in the picture, can anyone tell me if the whole dash needs to come out to pull out the cluster in these year cars, if not, how? I apologize for the vulgarity I tried posting in the Stereo and Electonics section first and found them to be useless. Thanks.

Hey:

Lots of little 7mm head bolts, on the bottom lower panel have to come off, to get to the 7mm ones that take part off you want. Those lower panels hide those bolts that hold the top ones off. The top part has bolts that are in the
front top, near the windshield, that are really hard to get at. Do not remove them only loosen those. Mine were slotted hopefully yours are too. Just follow around the edge and remove the ones above the radio area, and then you can remove the gauges. Good luck and take your time.

Dash pad has to come out. Have fun when it snaps into 50 pieces!

2 bolts under the dash pad, you can lift the pad a little and sneak them out. one behind the fuse panel i believe. a few under the lower panel. just take all the lower trim off and look for bolts. 4 hold the cluster on.

There is 2 under the dash pad, one under the lower dash piece, and 1 under the radio bezel. You have to take all them pieces off to get to them.

WOW! that was a b!tch and a half, thank you everyone for the help, I should have said I was just stuck with the top bolts at the top(beneath the dash). Ended up snapping one bolt, finagled my way to getting two of the other bolts and cracking a little bit more of my dash, lol.
