i know he doesn't want a slick. for the same reason he doesn't have headers: its another factor to his advantage to negotiate a race. that said, i don't think a 325 tire is any less understated

not quite sure about the record but i have beat that time in my old 93 stock internals, gutted ,no bumper reinforcments , open element filter jammed into the intake,mt/ et streets on a 200 hit she did it one time and she laid herself down .but i did it once .oh and it was a auto 3.42 geared .so i doubt ya did it and still drive it

I most seriously doubt it takes more than a few WOT shifts with nitrous armed before it kicks its heels up. Especially with that kind of mileage. You would probably get further in this thread with at least a track video.
