Assuming it's somewhere in the south central/east (memphis/st louis/ok/tx/bg/et al) I should be able to make it.

We are to far away. No one would come here to race

Hey PEPE! What is this "Engagement" thing? Did you ok that with the rest of us? My wife had to wait for six half years from to get the second ring

OR as she would point out. Five engines...to many sets of tires to count and me saying "I just want to run 13s baby"..... I just had the car cert to 8.50 and getting my Licence on the 15th and she is already asking "What are you going to do when you hit 8.50? Stop? Hasn't stopped you yet!"

Anyway Congrats

Sounds good mang. Think Enterprise can get me a big truck and then I just have to find a car hauler here local to borrow for the trip.

I've been outta the picture here last couple weeks so what's the skinny on where and when?

How many are just going to show up regardless? THAT is the true answer If you are not up for a good drive you are not up for it This is not ment to upset anyone just state the facts. Half of the posts in the Past thread were just saying "If you show up in my town I will race" Not good enough for what we really need.

Keep it up Tony someone will answer soon. It takes a bit at times to get there attention. We run a multi track series up here for car clubs and it can be very taxing at times to say the least. Part of it might be it is late in the season and some tracks are booked up and or winding down.

Lets hope things take a turn for the better
I'm going to try my hardest to make it where ever it is. The planets might have to align, and I may have to win the lottery, but I'm going to try my hardest!!

Tony I tried to tell you that, an event is much different than a track rental. The price they gave is not bad just wait untill St louis gives you the numbers your gonna shit! If this happens a contract will have to be signed and someone will have to bank the event up front. Talk to the guys that run this board and ask how much fun they had with there LS1Tech series.

Dumb question probably but is there where a sponsor like GM HiTech would step in and say "we got this" and break out their wallet? Yeah I know that sounded easier than it is but I'm still trying to figure out how the sponsors do their business.

Nobody would expect Tony or anyone else to front any of this, in fact this could be the death of the event if it's going to be the norm price.
