Default What suspension to run?

What do you guys recommend for suspension (traction).....I want lowering springs probably the prokit eibach's, but other than that I don't know what to get for my car as far as suspension goes, what do you guys think? I'm kinda clueless on what brands are good and what ones to stay away from, what are you guys running and how you like your setups?

(right now stock suspension)

well first off lowering springs are never really good if you're going for killer track times.

as far as other suspension, torque arm, LCA's, panhard bar are good starting points. BMR, UMI and spohn all make great products.

on top of the bmr torque arm, and bmr LCA's, i also have some LCA relocation brackets that made a huge difference. they arent a must, but they did improve the launch and they will eliminate wheel hop. and lets face it, for a mere 60 dollars you cant complain.

If you are looking to lower the car I recommend the Strano Performance springs or the Hotchkis springs over the pro kit. They will both perform much better

If you have any questions please let me know and I will be glad to help.

Thank you!

put on some drag radials or slicks go the track and get 60ft times sometimes the older shock/spring set up is great. but you should definately get some lca's and panhard bar!

I'm looking to just do shocks for a daily drive. I'd love to get the ones it has, but "pulls" from like SLP are $450 :\ Was thinking maybe just the GR-2s, again it's a daily drive and has zero suspension mods. I'd probably get the AGX for the rear just because they're only $4 more. Fronts are $90 (summit) as well for AGX but GR-2 is $22. And local parts stores which my friend gets a discount, short of calling and asking if they can special order, don't list the fronts (or was it rears? Doesn't matter).

Opinions on them?
