new cluch help

well i need a new clutch BADDD.... (it grinds going in to gears and it even makes a grinding nose while its in gear)

but what the different from a normal pressure plate and a aluminum one?
and dont i need a flywheel to??? cause scene im gonna be talking this hole thang apart any how should i get one and wich one should i get?
