Default Squeak when shifting?

I've recently developed a very brief squeak when shifting into a gear a little low on RPMs. Seems to only happen if I skip gears, i.e. going from a 2 to 4 or 2 to 5 even. It's on my '99 WS6 M6 on a Spec stage 3 clutch. I thought it may be either my throw bearing or pilot bearing. Any input?

Any help on this one? Now the squeak tends to happen when the car lags into gear or is put in at higher RPMs.

I was thinking it may be the throwout bearing?
