Default How to make shifting smooth at butter?

My lightly "modded" T56 with an LS6 clutch and 02 slave tends to be grindy feeling going into first and second sometimes. Its usually in second gear where I feel it. All other gears are fine. I just hate pulling to go into second at normal driving speeds and it feel grindy. Theres really no noise besides my noisy Pro 5.0, it just feels grindy.
I've tried bleeding the system with no luck. Is there something else I should look at?
