| New clutch I just ordered my LS7 clutch earlier today. Now all I need to buy is a new master cylinder, slave/TOB, & pilot bearing right? It should also be for a 01/02 model? Is there any sponsors that sell the GM parts? |

| all the GM hydraulics are the newer models, they don't sell the old models anymore, but I just bought mine the other day from sdpc. most of the sponsors do have them though.

Slave would be a good idea to replace though. |

The pilot bearing is pressed into the rear of the crankshaft and the input shaft of the tranny slides into it. Quote:

| I just ordered my LS7 clutch setup Monday with new master, slave, pilot, ARP hardware, and alignment tool from SDPC. I got everything for $708.00 with free shipping. They are great to deal with.

| I am sure it wont happen to you but i recommend revving that thing up past 6k and try shifting, soon after you get it. After you feel comfortable beating on it some. I bought a ls7 clutch and it didnt have the code stamped on it to make it eligible for a factory defect of its inability to shift at high rpms. I never could shift at high rpms, clutch pedal would go to the floor.
FYI it was NOT ordered through anyone on this post.
