His problem is the tranny is still stock and it don't shift for shit under any kind of power. He was granny shiftin it badly. No he didn't buy the car modded, bought it bone stock. It's the TA that use to be cam, headers, gears, that raced kenny's old procharged c5 about 4yrs ago.

Am I the only one that caught that EPP did the tuning and engine work??
Thats why it runs the way it does!

I have met Jeff with the Procharged TA and no reason to not believe it is what he says it is. He has had it for a while my understanding is the trans in in bad shape and its going to an auto. EPP built that motor for him like 3 years ago.

Not saying it's not 700 RWHP, but both of those things make absolutely no fucking sense to me.
It's a m6. Call Bob at epp, he will enlighten you on the car.

EPP did a nice job on Snapp's car( Jeff B.) drove it the other night and it runs damn good...best it ever has(very stout).

ON A SIDE NOTE: not saying the Silver TA is what he says....just letting you know that they are/have doing/done some nice cars that run really well. Last time I looked they were tops in the Indiana Fastest list.

Just seems to me like a 200+ RWHP advantage should make up for some short shifting, especially for a roll (he has what, 2 shifts there?). At least enough to stop it from getting walked hard like that.

It's fine, my parts are in, I'll get my car together and we can line them up when mine is tuned up. I have a pretty much stock 6 speed (billet keys and viper fork) so it should be entertaining, I'm expecting 650-700 RWHP (I'll have an air filter though, so maybe like 350 wheel), so it should be fair.

As someone who has actually spent some time at EPP recently, they do have some nice stuff going through right now, and Snapp's car looked great.

TA obviously didn't impress......RX7 looks like it runs well....who all has raced him and what were the outcomes??

SS is under the KNIFE once again....trying to find out the clutch/noise/vibration issues that have been plaguing her. Hopefully she will come back healthy and ready to rock!!

Jake has a 600+whp blower car with a stock T56, I think it's only fair that the TA and Jake run

Jeff is getting the tranny fixed from what I was told and Im sure he will be down to race more. Although there is a bit of weight difference between your car and his. he always drives it with the filter lol. It was dynoed with out it to see if it was a restriction, idk. Billet keys and a viper fork do not make it a stock m6, if that was done to his, it would shift right. Again from what I was told ,Jeff also is not that impressed by the performance of his car the other night. There are issues that needs to get sorted out. You have had your share too, no ones bustin your balls about it jeez...

Yeah im down. I'll run him in my stock t-56 car, shit motors still stock too. My only mod is taking a can of black spray paint to the stock supercharger and writing whipple on the side with a sharpie Oh and I took the air filter off, maybe thats where I got my power from?? What good do air filters do anyways...

Apparently after talking to guys, they run some retarded intake plumbing on prochargers in F-Bodies; personally I'd just stick an HKS mushroom on it and call it a day, whatever.

As far as the tranny, a viper fork and billet keys will fix a bent 3/4 fork and broken keys, but they don't do jack to the actual shifting of it, aside from making sure you don't break them again. If those are hosed on his tranny, he'll have a lot more issues. I just don't get the problem with the tranny that would require a short shift, unless there are clutch issues or fried synchros, the latter of which a hard shift should get you through (though it'll sound like hell). But hey, what do I know, I just rebuild them...

And as far as no one busting my balls, it's pretty clear you don't hang out with us much, my balls get busted about 200 times a night. Besides that, I don't talk shit and get lit up by cars with 200+ less HP. I don't know if it's Jeff talking shit, or everyone else talking shit about his car, but a lot of talking was done, and so far it's not looking very impressive. I'd love to see it come out and put down some low 10/high 9 second power, I like fast cars, but so far it's definitely not doing that. Hopefully it's everyone else talking, and Jeff's a cool guy, haven't met him to make that determination yet.
