I'll have to remember that the next time I come down with James...

And to the rest of the sponsors... thank you!

My whole point of this thread is to show the seemingly large military community on LS1tech a quick "one-stop" thread that'll show them which sponsors have voiced their offer of a discount to us, without having to call each and every one.

I know there are other sponsors who offer military discounts... they may not of seen this thread yet, but I know when/if they do, they'll let their presence be known.

I'm hoping that this thread may get sticky status...

But again... thanks to all of you who do hook us up on great deals!

In a search for my heads... I was directed to JD Performance, who I was told by MANY people he was the cheapest around. After spending a few hours on the phone with him, discussing the possibilities, we decided on an item. He told me they were on a 12 week back order, and I said that was fine due to being deployed... he said oh your deployed?? Heres what I do for my military guys on things like this... Basically, on my heads... he saved me a little over $300 off of HIS allready low price. He told me straight up... im making $50, the rest of the savings went straight to my checking account!!! Needless to say, he'll be getting my business again.

I don't know if it is public or not, but Dave @ Rock-On Transmissions gave me a very nice discount for being active duty military.

We also offer an active duty military discount. Mention it in the comments section of your order and either use your military email address or military shipping address and we'll apply a 5%-10% discount on your order (depends on item(s) ordered...we'll give you the best discount we can). Feel free to inquire by email or phone before ordering. My brother is a Captain with the 4th ID and spent a year in Iraq. I had customers finding him in the operations tent in Baqubah to say hi. That was cool and he was freaked out that I could get someone to track him down and stop and talk cars.

I'm leaving for Iraq shortly and am going to make some purchases shortly after getting there. Going to have a Pep Boys store worth of parts and am going to buy them from those that offer a discount.......

Cool...

Thanks for the bump and a HUGE thanks to all the sponsors on the list.

Being a CPO, its a little easier for me to pay asking price on parts (although I'll take a discount, too), but for those young Sailors, Devil Dogs, Airmen, and Soldiers working there way up the ranks....every little bit helps.

Victory Racing will do anything and everything they can for military overseas. Theyve helped me come a long place when others were just headaches.

Bump.

I'll be seeing Iraq within the next month or two, and I'd like to know that there are sponsors willing and ready to help me burn my saved up deployment money on the worst investment of my life. Military discounts are important to poor sailors, soldiers, mariners, and airmen like myself.

WOW. Your prices are very competitive. I be sending some of my mod money your way. I've saved your site to my "favorites" folder.

I just want to thank the Sponsors below. I'll be returning from my 3rd deployment here in about a month and I'll know where to spend my money at when I return. Thanks again. ::::::::: Posting in Military Hot Rod Forum :::::::::::
