Actually...wouldnt it be called a trackie??

Doing that on a snowmobile in deep snow is unbelievably easy. You dont even need a powerful sled. I used to do it with my 73 arctic cat cheetah 340. It was so old...the belt was literally flimsy leather like material, with sections of U-channel that looked like a row of staples riveted on. haha. If you can sink the back end of the sled down, and the motor revs quick....it'll happen every time you take off.

Not taking away from the vid...just not that wild...

Making it stand straight up is a little harder. Thats a rev 600 class race sled.

Yup...exactly. Its a race sled. A lot easier to do it on that than a slower older ride. Plus, that snow looks fairly deep. You can see when he digs in that it sinks down pretty good. Thats plus the snow density makes it pretty easy to stand her up.

Still a cool vid though... I miss my sleds. Not my 73 so much...but I had a couple newer artic cats that ran like crazy. Just not enough snow these days...and no time/money to cart them up to the mountains anymore.

Now THAT was pretty wild. See how he isnt really sinking into the snow and "riding up" the "ditch" that his track is making? Thats pretty close to doing a wheelie on a street bike.

I bet that sled was studded to high heaven to not slip with the power that thing probably makes.
