Say a second per 1,000 pounds.... so weight alone the Honda will run 2.5 or so second quicker and if about 100 hp is worth a tenth then the Caddy has a .2 or so advandage so in theory the Caddy would need to pick up 2.3 seconds to make up for the weight.

I have as many posts as some of the other GM guys in here with similar join dates . And like I've said MANY times before (which you would see if you actually saw my posts), I'm not a "mustang/S2000" guy. I owned a couple Mustangs and I have an S2000 now... that's it.
