I like how some people in this thread automatically assume that the driver is at fault. You don't know what happened, someone may have pulled out in front of him or ran a light and caught his front end.

i say he just finished watching that movie, he was on phone talking to someone telling them how bad *** the movie was and theeeeenn he hit the horse. IMO.
