The 5.4/Vortech 99 GT that broke the transmission vs the 02 Z28 for the second time recently, finally got a rematch, lets find out if the voodoo curse still works against the 99 GT.

Alot of races in these! Cobras, Mustangs, F-Bodys, 2 fast Trailblazer SS's, 560 RWHP C6 Z06, Built Evo, Cammed 5.3 Silverado, 406 SBC/N20 Blazer, etc etc

yeah was a good time! Mine was the Red Z My clutch was hating life LOL It wouldn't let me speed shift into 3rd for nothing and would slip an hit rev or wouldn't let me get into 3rd. It also hated 2nd gear roll too low rpms for me. great vids. I need my clutch and new rear end b4 i race again. Look at the miles on my speedo shot! Original trans, 10bolt and long block, 40 k on ls7 clutch RIP

I was gonna say... even with a bad clutch, you were still puttin some lengths on some cars

that TA is nasty, but it sounds like he has nothing past 110mph... although, he would terrorize anything until then

I ran a Th350/150 shot SS vs my STS cam M6 (old set up) car and we'd be dead even til about 100-105 and after that, it was almost like he turned his car off LOL

I found the car for my friend in 06, it was stock, he did all of the mods, nitrous, then went to the Procharger, then sold the car to a dude who had it for a month, then the current owner, bought it from him. Current owner has been coming out since last year in various vehicles. So unless you were the one that had it for a month or so (and painted the various interior trim white lol), then it's not the same car.

Yeah def not lol. Mine was wrecked and some guy from North Florida purchased it. Interior trim was also painted white..Basically all the same mods minus the flows.. Damn makes me miss the stang i wish i still had that beast.

Im not sure, he had PRC heads awhile back, and the camshaft wasnt HUGE by LS1 standards.
