There will be plenty of competition on the street for the new Z28...more than it can handle that's for sure.

Default I think ford is full of shit!!!

Ford time after time attempts to put something badass out and never is. Look at GM's LS9 in vette, let's see ford bring out there big guns and try it out. Shit I can imagine if chevy began production on on the LS7 camaro with a little HUFFER sittin on top just like ford with appropriate compression, cam heads and so on. Come on on u know who'd be the winner.

Uh... How are you going to compare a ZR1 to a GT500?

Can't do it...two completely different cars. The Z28 and the GT500 would
be a good comparison though considering they are both land yachts, they both are FI applications, they are both 4 seaters, etc.
There's really no more of a natural comparison.

The fact that the GT500 are different classes is a good point. I think the bigger thing is the price gap.

the fact is that a blown motor compared to a NA engine is that these are totally two different animals.

since these are both land yachts and both are four seaters it only makes since that both engines be blown as well.

Ford having a blown engine is like if chevy were to say were comimg out with a new version of the ls3 or l99 except with factory installed nitrous. It's still factory since it rolled out that way. Get my point.

I really don't get your point. You do know that posts in the multimedia section do nothing for your post count don't you?

Isn't it suppose to have the same setup as the CTS-V? The 4 door Caddy already smokes the GT500, take a few hundred pounds off the Caddy and you have your Z28.

the gt500 can barely beat a ss with only 400hp. How is it gonna compete with a z28 with 556?
