What's helped me is you need to have a LONG first gear (just play with it). Then you launch near redline, keep the same pressure until it hooks and go full throttle (mess with the first gear until it doesn't spin the tires when you go full throttle). Rear suspension near stock, soft on all front suspension settings. Tire pressure between 28-31 on the rear.

I have a tune on my storefront for trans am that runs a consisten 11.0-11.1 that is very easy. I also have one that does a 10.7-10.8, but it takes some practice to be consistent. They are under B3wbz.

Best I've had so far (in a rwd front engine car) is a 10.6 in a Foxbody

That's the best I could do with the SS. I did get the wheels barely an inch off the ground but my dumbass decided not to take a pic, figured I could do it again and then when I tried again...FAIL.

I have other pics but Forza is having problems or something, cause only 2 pics show up under my account and they mention maintenance.

I've got a 10.5 in my ZR1... It's just going to take some time. Once I get my other computer back from my parents house I'll post up a tuning program I have from Forza 2. Should work for 3 because all the tuning options are the same.

So whats with the 510 BS I've been seeing?
Is it an AWD swap or something, maybe not since I think I saw one guy pull a wheelie in one?

I've got a 10.8 NA C6 with no tuning whatsoever.

You need to tinker with suspension to get a decent launch.
It's not going to hook up the way you'd expect it to.
Also, getting your car to wheelie is not the best suspension setup.
Mess with the suspension settings to see what positively effects the benchmark results and go from there.

I would love to start experimenting, but I honestly have no clue what half the suspension shit does or which way to go with it to do what.

I'm such a nub.

We need a tutorial on what does what.

I don't want a handout, I want to learn.

Just have to soften the suspension and the car launches like so. But as everyone else said it doesn't help it hook. It's just for looks to take pics of etc...

I like the game, but they've made some seriously stupid mistakes. Some of which could have been avoided with 5 minutes of research.

How do you check the leaderboards for 1/4 times?

It was just telling me the number of hours people played it.

I just got my TTZ06 to 10.5, and a certain RWD Ferrari to 9.927
