Look at the picture, he has the front end jacked so high up and the back wheels are on ramps! I dont know how you would do it but that is f'in retarded to do that.

And on top of that he has access to a two post lift but decided to do it this way...

It is NO where near as hard as people make it out to be.. I had one pulled in about 3-4 hours taking my sweet time..

 

No.. your retarded for not knowing this is one of the most common ways to pull an f-body engine. The ramps "could" be an argument. But.. lol.

 

this is a very quick easy way to pull the motor on these cars....the wheel ramps make it easier also.

That is the most common way to drop a motor in a f-body. I say the ramps are iffy but that is what emergency brakes are for.

 

First off, you need to check your sources. Thats my car, and I have NO clue where you see that I have access to a 2 post lift. HAHAHAHA, as I dont! Thats the most common way to take the motor out of the bottom of these cars. Have you ever done it before??? Fill me in on your wisdom of how to pull it please, in a garage, with no lift....... You could park a tank on them ramps and they wouldnt go anywhere.

 

yeah pretty retarded that you would post that and not know that half or more than half of the people who pull an F-body motor do it through the bottom.

 

When you have a car up in the air like that you tend to press the back bumper on the ground, causing possible damage. Thats what the ramps under the rear tires are for. O and you are an idiot for starting this thread

^ with them, i see no problem. I have pulled one out the top before and out the bottom, i prefer doing it out the bottom.
