Lamborghini Murcielago Twin Turbo! First of its kind!
Here it is: Doug Levin Motorsports Lamborghini Murcielago not a LP640 but Twin Turbo!!
Apparently it is pushing 800hp+, but DLM is shooting for 1200hp in the near future

That's crazy. A lil underimpressed w/ the numbers though (800 crank HP = low-mid 600whp w/ 20-25% drivetrain loss). The TT GT is putting down way higher #'s.

Well, peak numbers dont really mean shit. Id like to see the dyno graph. But yes, im definitely more impressed with the TT GT, HP wise.
Thats one angry Bull.
I wish I had that kind of money.

i read a post that said it had 800 Whp, not 800 Chp. can anyone confirm? i would think even 3 lbs of boost would make 800fwhp from the 600+ it already starts out with n/a!
even if its "only" 800whp think of its gearing, its aerodynamics, its redline and all that shit. that car will roll out a hell of a lot faster than a 800rwhp f-body would

I would like to see it. If the F-Body was properly set up, I think the Lamborghini would have it's hands full.

The lambo will still take it down on top speed and handeling.
Of course the Lambo will be better in handeling the car cost 10times more than brand new F-body what did you expect?
800rwhp F-body with good set of gears and tires for TOP SPEED runs
IMO Will beat the Lambo

These are really neat cars. If you need a part no matter how old the Lamborghini is, Lamborghini will make you that part.It will come straight from the factory. Alot of the craftsman stay with that company for life. Lamborghini also will restore their cars back to factory new condition if you want them to.They don't have the huge aftermarket like the domestic pony cars do. The places that do work charge an ass load for basic stuff that we don't think twice about. If you get really radical, you have to scratch build your own.
Alot of what hurts these kinds of cars is that the people that have them don't drive them.

No two of these cars are alike either. The F-body has the huge ass aftermarket behind it. Dealer lot to dealer lot, engineering to engineering, the winner is the Lamborghini off the showroom floor. You don't see yourself coming and going. If you run into someone that is technically as astute as most of us F-body owners are, you will die. These cars are mid-engined.
The engineering of the LS series motors is awesome and you can get 100 extra ponies out of them by just looking at them. I love mine. There are some commonalities too. Plug changes are a pain in the ass. You can't even really do one with the engine in the car. Go look at a Pantera.
