he sets the event up every month or so
for record another supra went 4.15sec in the event

that runs 8.50's. That Supra looked incredibly fast. I wonder
what it runs at the track.

I know nothing really specs wise on the white supra in the first vid. But the 2 supras in the second vid are much faster.
I remember all the hype about the second vid between those 2 gentlemen. The supra that camera is inside of was wrecked a few months ago. Sucks too as it was one of the cleanest supra's I'd ever seen in person. Specs wise the supra that he was racing was a 3.0 with a gt47-88 and the supra that won was a 3.4 stroker with a gt47-80. The losing car I believe STILL has a gt47-88 on it but now has a 3.4 stroker. On the 3.0 it had run a best of 8.99 at the track.
the white car has a gt42-76 on it....like i said, not that impressive. Sorry not trying to drag down your thread, that car is just getting more hype than it should. I completely agree that the second vid has 2 MUCH fast cars in it.
i wonder where the white one went after it was sold?? anyone know who owns it now? It would have been a beast on 118 and 40lbs
That supras nice and I wouldnt mine owning one but, If it cam down to picking between a badass supra or lets say a badass lsx car, Im gonna have to go with the ls car just because thats what tickles my pickle.
I also think this vette would give that supra a run for his money.

I believe Manny Buginga, the top SSO racer, has a video just like Dan's. I saw Manny's car driving down the street by our chassis guys shop. It is funny as hell to see a car like that on the road and see how some people react and to see how some people dont even notice

I believe Manny Buginga, the top SSO racer, has a video just like Dan's. I saw Manny's car driving down the street by our chassis guys shop. It is funny as hell to see a car like that on the road and see how some people react and to see how some people dont even notice

Dan Millen's car is just as streetable as the non-powerband having supras posted in this thread...and at least it can maintain full throttle on the dyno for more than 0.75 second.

dyno is 200+mph.

vids floating around of his somewhere where he gets on it on the
street. I believe he's gone 8.20's @ 170+mph.

Mighty Mouse's car is extremely impressive. It's a true street car down to the
17" DR's and he's cracked off 9.0's.
I thought mighty mouse was on 18inch drag radials?

been there driven next to it. It runs good, and was well capable of single digit passes(which it has made before) just not with that owner. He never put race gas or big boost to it, he sold it a while back though.
You want fast supras we have plenty. We(Springfield) have a black one with a gt47-88 3.4L, red 3.4L with a GT45R, an anthracite getting an LSX and twin 47-88s, a wingless black one with stock motor and single swap.
Sure it was the same Supra? That car was local here a few years ago, maybe longer now and it was a ten teen car before that video, and if I remember it was reworked and had an auto in it during the vid.

There is a fine but definate line here between track car that drives on the street and a street car. Again, looking for cars that don't run around with parachutes on the street or are obviously tubbed out with no hood on the dyno.
Unit 243's vids of the Supra would go far enough for me to say it would be faster than the original vids I posted
