We have a 55 tube chassis Chevy that runs like 6.9@200 and its on the street every once and a blue moon.
Cops don't say much to him from what I have seen.
My car is WAY louder then legal limit and I have yet to get pulled over but the previous owner did a few times. It all depends on the cop.
I know some that would have pulled the stang over and told him to take it straight home as long as he was not doing anything stupid. Some would have towed him though.

cop would pull him over...check the ride out...give him a pound and send him on his way. as long as hes not doin anything stupid any normal level headed cop wouldnt do anything. most cops are just as much as a gearhead as us anyways...they can appreciate a work of art like Millen's stang.

Those vids are retarded. How can we even tell the cars are fast (I am sure they are) but how can you tell as he doesn't even crack the throttle open at all.
If anyone has discussion on the first 2 vids I posted feel free to discuss. Or, if anyone has something more powerfull or faster than I posted (or even on the same lines) and has video to them actually showing it, feel free to post as well. Otherwise please don't hijack the thread that already has more discussion on something totally off my topic than my original post.

that was like 3 years ago and it was not that fast. It looks fast, but thats all relative to the chase vehicle. I raced that car back when i had a stock motor and a 175 shot. It pulled me up top, but not by bus lengths or anything.

Well, on the supraforums some didn't even believe it was real because it seemed so fast. He ended up doing another vid similar to that one with the chase car going a constant highway speed to proove it wasn't fake. I dunno man, I have seen numerous 600-700 RWHP cars open it up with traction on the highway, and this Supra would blow their doors off.

been there driven next to it. It runs good, and was well capable of single digit passes(which it has made before) just not with that owner. He never put race gas or big boost to it, he sold it a while back though.
You want fast supras we have plenty. We(Springfield) have a black one with a gt47-88 3.4L, red 3.4L with a GT45R, an anthracite getting an LSX and twin 47-88s, a wingless black one with stock motor and single swap.
coop5885, it very well may not be the fastest street Supra, but it is the fastest video of one on the street I have seen that actually hooks up.
There are probably a ton of other vids out there showing a drag car (roll cage inside, and clearly meant for almost all track use only, but driving on the street) but I am more or less making this post for a street car (a car meant and driven on the streets regularly not driving around with a full cage and parachute on the back) being the fastest I have seen.
Anyone else have any comments? Or other comparable vids to the first 2 I posted that fit under the same guidelines?

How about the Walser Supra videos. This mother is one of the fastest Supras I have ever seen on the streets. I don't think it is a purpose built drag car. I believe it is an everyday vehicle for this guy. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
I dont know if it is the fastest ive seen when compared to Garth tt Viper and Joes tt GT it is deffinately up there... it is a toss up between all of them
