At that RPM I bet he was way north of 130 but that all depends on gearing/tire size ect ect.
What 5th gear with that RPM north 130???? No way
If he is running 3.73 with 275 40 17 with 6600-6700rpm like in the vid
4th gear will be 135mph and 5th will top at 185mph

A stock ish LS1 6 speed will do 185? Wow.
Typo on the 130, my old LT1 A4 car would do that pretty easy with a lot of RPM left.

I bet that vid is real. That car def wasn't stock pulling hard to 6500rpms. Prob a heads cam car. One way to tell is how long it takes him to get to 180. You can pull to 130 pretty quick. It takes him 30 seconds to go from 130 to 180 and that is about right at those speeds. His speedo and tach could be a little off at that high of a speed but he still over 165-170.

I think back when my car was stockish I was able to do nearly 160 at about 6k in 5th. That is with 3.43 gears. I didn't count the gear changes but if he was in 5th, and I doubt he had 3.23's or higher, then he couldn't have been doing that right?
yeah looked like a bolt on m6 car in 5th gear with 3.73's. It took it forever so it wasn't modded to much. I raced a viper a long time ago and he was at my door and he said he was doing 175mph, but my speedo is stock so i dont no how fast we were going. all i know is I was on the brakes for a few sec b4 it started coming down. LOL
just a quick video of my 3rd 4th gear pull My GPS said it was 150mph
I'm runnin 4.10 gears in my 01 and at redline in 5th gear I'm doin 155mph with the stock 275/40/17's
What is your redline??
3.73 is huge diffrent to 4.10

Yeah at those speeds it does take a little longer to get up each MPH there after. Looks and seems real to me, according to gear/tire/rpm calculator my car did 163 with 400 rpm to go or so before my limiter. My car is just basic bolt ons and gears.
