Yeah no shit, I worked at sears in another department during college. I bought my tires there with my discount and all so I would take my tires in and get them balanced and rotated if needed while at work. Them fuck stains down in the auto center apparently didnt know what wheel locks were. Even though I had the wheel lock box check marked on the paper and put my wheel lock key in their little plastic back.
They ended up stripping all my wheel locks trying to get them off with a socket. So I had to drive home on four lug nuts on each tire. They told me they were not going to replace my locks because those four lug nuts were already stripped. I use to go drink beers with the manager of the auto shop after work on occasion. I ended up going over his head and talking to the district auto manager and got them replaced.
Seriously if you change tires wouldnt you know what a facking wheel lock was?
