Although...forced induction.
Isnt the size of a cam more depended on the lift not really the duration of the intake/exhaust? That being said I think it would be a PITA to drive some of the ~600+ Lift cams. With the Hot Cam at low speeds witht he air on my car wants to die, I wouldnt like to try that with a 600 lift cam.

It all effects the lope.
Lope is overlap basicly...

Basicly what I was aiming to say....even the smaller cams can lope something fierce.
My 248/254 cam doesn't sound like much when my exhaust is capped.

Other way around. Lift has nothing to do with idle characteristics.

^^^^ What they said. I have heard some small 228 cams lope just as hard as what I heard on this thread.

Im not talking about idle, Im just saying I thought higher the lift the bigger the cam is. And higher the lift the harder it is to drive every where except the track.

Lift has nothing to do with it. It is all on duration and lsa. Again overlap comes into play with these figures.
