Default Procharged C6Z vs KB Cobra

The title says it all. Traction or not that Cobra had no shot. My tuner had a P1SC Procharger on his C6Z before going to APS twins and at 4 psi made just over 600 rwhp. Enjoy

A KB displacement is 2.6-2.8. So its technically 7.0L to 7.2L lol. But still, for being 1/2 price, the Cobra did alright and hung in there with something out of its league. I would rock either car in the vid. Probly not the civic at the end gettin ready to oil down the track though.

you both have valid points, the C6Z isnt just a 7.0.... it's more with that blower. and the cobra did nice for blowin tires off with that auto

How does one really guage the positive displacment of a centrifugal blower or turbo? I knew the Z had one, but is there a calculation for them? I personally thought the Z wasnt as quick as expected, escpecially with the Cobra smokin the tires off.

Sick cars. Whats up with that event, wheres it located? How long is it, anyone have any details?

I would have thought that the Cobra would start regaining a little ground up top. NOPE!

Are you fucking kidding me?? That Cobra is pushing at most high 600's. My tuners C6Z with a P1sc and 4lbs put down 601rwhp with a table top torque curve. Add another 2 psi to that not to mention the Z has a serious weight advantage. Im pretty sure the Z was pedaling it out of the hole as well with that much power.

What would make you think that. A bolt on, cammed Z will give a KB cobra all it can handle. I dont think any of you know what a Procharged C6z will put down.

Post the graph. I want to see a "table top torque curve"
with a centrifugal blower.

Good race from two pretty nasty cars!
