On 9/25 I paid by PayPal for a low mileage Z06 Cam, Springs and a New Timing Chain
9/25 I pm'd Blake with Paypal confirmation number and my address. He replied and said he got the payment and would ship that day or the next morning. (I have Paypal transaction codes and pm's from Blake)
10/1 No parts so I pm'd Blake, Blake pm'd back and gave excuses about being out of town.
10/2 Blake says he shipped via FedEx. I asked several times for tracking info - he never provided them.
10/5 Blake said he would call FedEx to see what's up.
10/9 Blake said the US Post Office returned the package as undeliverable. (Which didn't make any sense)
Again I asked for tracking number to confirm - he did not have.
I filed Paypal case. It was decided in my favor, but Blake closed account so they had no money to refund me.
10/28 Blake then posts the SAME EXACT PARTS that I paid for a month earlier as For Sale again.
Both ads state 14K mile Z06 cam/springs with a new T chain.

That's what you say. In what part of the planet do you live? How is possible that got my MO, cashed and then, you say that can't send me the part to my address? That's a confirmed pay pal address, so I don't think it's an impossible to find address. Get another excuse. If you look at my feedbacks, almost 97% of them are feedback from people that I bought parts from and never had any, no problem receiving any part from them, so how is possible that you can't ship to the same address they send their parts? But this is easy send me the part. If you have good, honest intentions, let me know and now that have a pay pal account (that you told me before that didn't have one), I can give you mine and just make me a payment. As easy as that. Let me know. I can give you my address for a third or fourth time and my phone #. Just let me know.
