Default torque spec on the 2 horizontal, 13mm bolts from bellhousing to oil pan?

I tried a search and Im not sure where to post this but I have no idea what these bolts are called otherwise I could find the correct torque specs. These are the 2 bolts that are parallel to the ground and go from the bellhousing on the 4l60e to the oil pan.

well those would be bellhousing bolts.......Put anti-sieze on them and bear down pretty tight with a standard 3/8ths ratchet.
