Default **Plug-N-Play Oil Pressure Sensor Relocation Kit**

As many of you know, replacing an oil pressure sensor on a C5 and C6 Corvette is no less than a TOTAL pain in the rear. It requires you to basically remove everything on top of your motor. All for a 50 dollar sensor.

If you have a supercharger, it is even WORSE!!

Well, being that we develop and install top mounted supercharger systems, this problem is very big in our business. If you have a top mount blower, you can literally spend 500-800 dollars in labor just to make the change. Dealerships charge 300 plus dollars in labor alone on a stock vehicle.

Unfortunately, this is a part that goes out quite often. In some cases 2 and 3 times over the lifetime of your ownership.

Well, there is FINALLY a plug-n-play option that does not require you to cut harnesses, run a bunch of unsightly plastic line, splice in a bunch of brass fittings, or permantly damage anything.

Our kit allows you to not only relocate the sensor to the side of the motor, at the main oil galley, but it allows you to service that sensor whenever you see fit. A sensor swap takes LESS than 4 minutes with this relocation.

It takes about as long as unscrewing and reinstalling 1 sparkplug.

Has this been tested??
  • Yes, many many times. We have actually tested this both mechanically, and electronically. The oil pressure readings are EXACT. All you are doing, is relocating the sensor to a more available port. Not to mention that we include this on EVERY supercharger or turbo we install in house

What is included?
  • A special harness (along with OEM connectors) that allows you literally plug in to the existing harness, and extend the sensor to its new location. This is not some hand made harness. It was made to OEM specifications, using all oem materials, and machine crimping.
  • Brand New Oil Pressure Sensor
  • Tie Straps that allow you to attach the harness out of the way of any heat sources
  • Instructions (with pictures detailing the swap)

These kits are in stock and ready to ship immediately!

The Complete kit, is $89.95 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states

If you already have the sensor, and only require the harness, ties, and detailed instructions, your cost is $39.95 shipped.

Please feel free to contact us direct for over the phone credit card orders, or you may pay via paypal to Jeff@totalperformanceengineering.com

OR, you can purchase off of our website.

Here are a couple of shots of the relocated oil pressure sensor. Hopefully this gives some of you a better idea of what he is talking about when he says the kits is to "relocate the sensor to the side of the motor, at the main oil galley." It is just below and behind the alternator.
