Default Nano mounting options?

Wow, this thing is freaking huge! I have a 860 spare tire mount with Zex bottle brackets. How are people mounting it in the spare tire area? I was surprised at the size and weight, I figured it was about 1/3 the size it really is.

The 4500 PSi one is a tad smaller

I'm making my own bracket and I can fit both bottles piggy backed on each other in the spare tire area. When I work out the kinks, I can send you a CAD drawing if you really want me to. My bottles fit really nicely (I have the big bottle) and it looks like it's going to work well. Again, I want to test it out before I start giving it to people.

the only thing I'm afraid of is I"m mounting into the sheetmetal, and I just don't know if it's strong enough. So after I get it set up, I'm going to go and brake really hard and see how it does...

I'll take pics and send you the cad drawings, but I want discounts!

Would any of the NANO bottles fit into a dual-bottle bracket? I.e. are any of the NANO bottles able to fit into a bottle bracket that holds a 10lb or 15lb bottle?

No, the 3000psi system is 5'' in diameter and the 4500psi system 3 3/4 in diameter.

Default Nano bracket

I used to have an issue mouning the Nano bottle in my Corvette, so I designed an alumimum bracket for a 10lb n2o bottle and a 4500 psi Nano bottle. I made it with hinged top bracket for easy bottle changing and cut in black rubber strips along the edged to keep from scratching my bottles. Let me know what you think?

I will tell you what I think...I think it is awesome!

The only drawback (for me at least) to the NANO system is that there does not appear to be any mounting system that does not look ghetto. The billet system you have solves this only issue.
