1) A nitrous plate will help distribute and atomize better than a nozzle system. Pretty hard to beat our 20 hole 360* spray pattern plate.
2) Self control and common sense should limit you to no more than a 200 shot through the mouth of an efi set up. Anymore than that and you should look into a direct port for tunability.
3) Depends on shot size and current mods as well as if your stock timing has been advanced.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

VERY true. I've always ran nozzles on everything I have. Now everything had plate systems. Easier to set up/tune IMHO, it even looks cleaner in the engine bay.

Yes because you will need to pull 6-8 degrees of timing, via a timing tuner, interface controller, or software such as hp tuners for that size of shot. Imo you should start with a small shot like a 75 and get familiar with the spray before blasting your g8 with a 200. Also you need to research and see if your stock pump can handle the fuel demand a 200 shot will need! If you go dry, then add bigger injectors to the list(60lb mototrons), Plugs will also need to be changed to ngk br7's.

you also need to verify the air/fuel ratio with a wideband oxygen sensor on the nitrous.

A wideband oxygen sensor comes with the nitrous system or I should buy it alone

I agree with the post above. Limit yourself at first. No need to jump that quickly into it when first starting out. You can get your a/f checked on a dyno w/ wideband as well if you do not want to purchase one. While its not 100% necessary it is recommended. I'll shoot you over a reply to the PM you sent me.
